Putting in fencing properly starts with the posts. That means getting the depth right, keeping the line true and making sure the footings are solid enough to hold through years of wind and weather.
We work with timber and concrete posts depending on what suits the ground and the fence design, and We use gravel boards at the base to keep the panels off the soil and extend their life.
For most jobs, We'll come and take a look first so we can see the ground, check whether any old fencing is in need of clearing & confirm the run length before pricing.
If panels or posts need replacing rather than a full install, We'll do the repairs without pushing for more work than what is actually required. The job is finished with the site cleared down and any old material taken away.

Decking

Good decking starts with the frame. The joists need to be level, properly supported and made from timber that will handle outdoor conditions without twisting or rotting out in a few years.
We use treated timber throughout, set at the right spacing to give the boards solid support and prevent flex underfoot.
Steps and balustrades are built to be genuinely usable, not bolted on as an afterthought.

Walling and concreting jobs need to be done right from the ground up, the foundations are just as important as what sits on top of them.
Whether it is a garden wall, a boundary wall or a small concrete area. We dig the footings to the right depth, lay the courses level and take care with the finish.
The work is done to a standard that is going to last, not something that needs repointing in two years.
For concrete areas, paths, hardstanding, utility areas, We take the falls into account so water drains away properly & We finish edges neatly so the slab performs as well as it looks.
If there is existing concrete or walling to be broken out first, that is included in the quote and taken away from site.
